The large meeting room can accommodate up to 150 people for a cocktail reception, 77 people in a theatre-style format, or 34 seated around an oval table, boardroom style. A variety of other formats are also available to suit every business requirement.

With rates from €330 per half day, this space offers exceptional value for business people holding one-off events, workshops, seminars, lunches, networking cocktails, or other professional and social gatherings in the capital of Europe. The rental of the large meeting room includes one complimentary welcome coffee or specific coffee break for all participants.

The British Chamber’s Business Space provides all the additional services required for a successful meeting, such as audio-visual equipment, full logistical support, catering and secure WiFi coverage throughout the British Chamber premises. Our catering services are provided by a trusted supplier and include light snacks, sandwiches, warm buffets, drinks and cocktails. Packages can be tailored to meet your individual requirements and menus can be created for specific regional cuisines.
